Research participation principles

Participation choice

You may receive programme support without agreeing to optional research use. Declining or withdrawing from research must not affect programme access, employment or sponsor relationships.

Information and consent

Before research data is used, participants receive a plain-language statement covering purpose, data collected, lawful basis, expected use, retention, withdrawal, risks, benefits and contact routes. Consent is specific and recorded.

Reporting

• Research data is pseudonymised and de-identified wherever practicable.
• Employers receive aggregated cohort evidence, not identifiable coaching narrative.
• Reports suppress groups below seven unless data is safely combined.
• Quotations require separate permission and anonymisation review.

Evidence claims

Service evaluation does not automatically establish causal impact. Publication and marketing language must pass the Stratum evidence ledger and the applicable academic, ethics and client approvals.
