Website enquiries

Stratum collects the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, qualify the requested discussion and manage the resulting business relationship. The initial form collects your name, work email, organisation, workforce trigger and consent record. Further qualification information is requested only in the follow-up discussion.

What is not collected here

This website does not collect coaching notes, participant pulse responses, health information, visa or passport data. The First 90 Days Exposure Check is processed in your browser; question responses, rankings and scores are not submitted with an enquiry. If you choose to discuss it, the form carries forward only the fact that you completed the conversation map.

Use, retention and access

• Buyer records are used only for the enquiry, relationship and separately consented updates.
• The default retention period is 24 months after inactivity, subject to legal review and contractual requirements.
• Access is restricted to authorised Stratum personnel and approved processors.
• You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact route on this site.

Programme and research data

Participant administration, confidential coaching and optional research data use separate systems, purposes and permissions. Employers do not receive raw coaching notes. Cohort reporting defaults to a minimum group of seven.

International operation

Before programme data is collected, Stratum will complete a data-protection impact assessment, define controller and processor roles, agree retention and assess Qatar, Saudi, UK and any other applicable transfer requirements with qualified counsel.
